On the obverse of the coin are placed: the inscription "UKRAINE" in a semicircle at the top, under which are the small State Emblem of Ukraine (left) and the armband of the Airborne Assault Troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (right); in the center, on a mirror background, is the emblem of the Airborne Assault Troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine; the denomination of 10 and the graphic symbol of the hryvnia (to the left of the emblem); the year of minting is 2021 (to the right of the emblem); the inscription - DANSANTNO-STURMOVIY VOYA of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (below the semicircle); the logo of the Banknote and Minting Works of the National Bank of Ukraine (below the year of minting).
The reverse features a symbolic image of a paratrooper in knightly armor with half-open wings behind him, a symbol of the patron saint of the army, Archangel Michael.
