  3% discount – for a total purchase amount of 1,000 UAH
  5% discount – for a total purchase amount of 20,000 UAH
  10% discount – for a total purchase amount of 150,000 UAH

The discount is applied automatically once you reach the specified purchase amount and will be valid for all future orders.

Delivery:

  1. We deliver orders throughout Ukraine by Nova Poshta to our offices or by courier according to the carrier's tariffs.

  2. The cargo is insured. We carefully pack and check the products before shipping! If you notice any damage upon receipt from the carrier, claim compensation from the transport company. We recommend that you unpack and carefully check the products at the point of delivery. Otherwise, we will not be able to compensate you for any damages caused by violation of the delivery rules.

  3. The buyer pays for the delivery.

  4. Shipment of goods, depending on the warehouse, takes place within 1 to 10 business days after the order is confirmed.

OMNIVA parsel machine:

  • Service fee: 4.70 EUR, free for purchases of 150 EUR and more, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

  • Dispatch time: 1-2 working days after receipt of payment;

  • Delivery time: The next day if the parcel is sent to the pacomat before 17:00 on weekdays and before 14:00 on Saturday;

  • Parcel number: After the parcel is registered in the company system, we will inform you of the parcel number;

  • Instructions: We will provide you with a convenient pakomat.

 

Delivery to the address by postal parcel:

  • Payment for the service: 5.70 EUR, free for purchases of 150 EUR or more , unless otherwise stated in the product description.

  • Dispatch time: 1-3 business days after receiving payment;

  • Delivery time: 1-2 working days;

  • Parcel number: After dispatch, we will inform you the parcel number;

  • Instructions: Please provide the delivery address.

  • Delivery to European countries, and other countries of the world:

  • Types of delivery:

  • OMNIVA pakomat (to Estonia, Lithuania);

  • By postal parcel (to European countries, other countries of the world);

  • Payment for the service: The minimum delivery fee is 8.70 EUR. For postal parcels, the final payment may vary depending on the recipient's country. Also from the weight, size and value of the parcel;

  • Dispatch time: 1-3 working days after receipt of payment;

  • Delivery time: 7-14 working days;

  • Parcel number: After dispatch, we will inform you the parcel number;

  • Instructions: Please provide the delivery address;

  • Notes: The minimum purchase amount for delivery to other countries of the world is 35.00 EUR.
