“The National Guard of Ukraine” commemorative coins is dedicated to the military formation that combines combat and law enforcement functions and is part of the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. This coin honors the contribution of the National Guard to the protection of Ukraine's sovereignty, territorial integrity, public order and security, symbolizing honor, courage and unwavering loyalty to the law.
The obverse of the coin depicts the Small State Emblem of Ukraine (above); framed by the Old Russian ornament in the center are the inscriptions: UKRAINE / 10 / Hryvnia (semicircle); the year of minting - 2025 (below) and the logo of the NBU Mint (right).
The reverse of the coin features circular inscriptions reflecting the fundamental values of HONOR, COURAGE, LAW (above) and NATIONAL GUARD OF UKRAINE (below).
The main element of the composition is the image of the beret badge of the National Guard of Ukraine, which is based on a straight equilateral cross with divergent ends.In the center of the cross, in an octagon, is the Small State Emblem of Ukraine. In the background of the coin is a symbolic shield, which represents protection and security.
