5 hryvnia 2022 Ukraine coin “Oh, there is a red viburnum in the meadow in souvenir packaging” is dedicated to the Ukrainian folk song of original origin, which sounded with renewed vigor during Russia's ruthless war against Ukraine, becoming a Ukrainian symbol of invincibility, an anthem of courageous resistance.

This is exactly what the song “Oh, in the meadow there is a red viburnum” is about, and its story is the story of our people.
The folk song, known since the time of the seventeenth century Cossacks, was developed, supplemented and given a new sound during the Ukrainian Revolution in the early twentieth century, and now it is heard all over the world in different languages and unites with previous generations of fighters for the freedom of Ukraine.

On the reverse of the coin on a mirror background are: in the upper semicircle the inscription - the continuation of the song: WE WILL ROSE OUR GLORIOUS UKRAINE, HEY, HEY, ROSE!; in the center is a branch - a leaf and viburnum berries.
The obverse of the coin features the small State Emblem of Ukraine (left) against a mirror background, and in the center is a stylized symbolic composition: defenders of different generations - a Cossack, a Sich Rifleman and a modern soldier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine - are lifting a viburnum, a poeticized symbol of Ukraine, whose crown resembles the outlines of our country's borders; inscriptions: AND WE WILL LIFT THIS RED VIBRUM, (above in a semicircle), below the year of minting - 2022 and in a semicircle - UKRAINE, on the right the denomination - 5 and the graphic symbol of the hryvnia; below the denomination (below the face value) is the logo of the Banknote Mint of the National Bank of Ukraine.
