The reverse of the coin depicts a modern Ukrainian armored personnel carrier firing from a combat module, which is in service with the BTR-4. At the top is the BTR-4 inscription, made in the style of the coin's obverse, where the plates are joined to form letters and a number.
The obverse of the coin features a stylized rearing horse modeled from armored plates glued together against a mirror background. The image of the horse creates an associative parallel with the legendary Bucephalus of Alexander the Great, symbolizing loyalty, unbridled will and fearlessness in the face of the enemy. On the right, on a matte background, there is the small State Emblem of Ukraine, the inscription UKRAINE, the face value of the coin 5 and the graphic sign of the hryvnia, the year of minting - 2024. Below the center is the logo of the National Bank of Ukraine Mint.
