The commemorative medal is dedicated to the tenth anniversary of the creation of this anti-corruption body. The National Agency for Corruption Prevention (NAZK) is a central executive body of Ukraine with special status, responsible for shaping anti-corruption policy and preventing corruption in Ukraine. The agency was established in 2015 as part of the state's anti-corruption infrastructure. The commemorative medal is a symbol of recognition of the importance of NAPC's work in combating and preventing corruption in Ukraine and is dedicated to its achievements over ten years of work.

The reverse of the medal features the NACP emblem, in the center of which is a stylized pupil of the eye, symbolizing the agency's main task of identifying corruption risks in various areas of state functioning and exercising control over the assets of officials. Twenty white rays radiate from the border to the center, reflecting the main areas of the NACP's activities: formulation of anti-corruption policy, declaration and verification of declarations, monitoring of the lifestyle of public servants, prevention of conflicts of interest, verification of political party reports, anti-corruption expertise of draft legislation, analysis of corruption risks in areas most vulnerable to corruption, development of the institution of whistleblowing, etc.
On the obverse of the medal, in the center of the composition, there is a stylized tree consisting of microchip elements, symbolizing the data collected, analyzed, and administered by the NACP through its portals and registries, as well as the development, growth, digitization, modern technologies, and innovation in the work of the NACP. Below the image of the tree is the inscription 10 YEARS, marking the tenth anniversary of the NACP's creation. Surrounding the central composition are: stars, reflecting the era of Ukraine's active integration with the European Union and the NACP's role in bringing Ukrainian legislation closer to international standards; a stylized indicator “from darkness to light,” symbolizing the dynamics of reducing corruption in the country and society; the inscription NATIONAL AGENCY FOR CORRUPTION PREVENTION (in a semicircle). At the top of the obverse, above the composition, there is the inscription UKRAINE, the small State Emblem of Ukraine, and the year of minting of the medal – 2025. To the right of the main composition is the logo of the Banknote and Coin Mint of the National Bank of Ukraine.
